Welcome to Class 13!
Class teacher: Miss Lowes
Teaching Assistants: Miss Menezes
It’s been a great start for Year 6 (Class 13). We’ve started our class novel – Holes – and all of our English work so far has been based around this, leading on to us planning and writing our own wild-west stories soon! In Maths, we have mastered place value and we are now securing all written methods, soon to move on to fractions. We are enjoying our science topic of ‘Inheritance and Variation’, exploring whether features are genetic or environmental. In topic, we are exploring plastic pollution and its impact on the environment.
Alongside all of this, we have already enjoyed a visit to cross country, forest schools and crucial crew! We are all excited about more events like this in the year to come!
