Art at Wynyard immerses our children in a world of creativity, whilst allowing them to experiment and explore a range of artist techniques. Through our curriculum, we encourage children to be inspired by artists from across the world and be proud of their own creations. Our Art curriculum is carefully planned and logically sequenced in order to scaffold our children’s knowledge and understanding of colour, mark making, drawing, sculpture, textiles and collage. We ensure our children have a well-rounded insight and expertise in each aspect of our Art Curriculum and that they build upon their skills as they progress throughout school.
